Get oriented.

  • Read The Parent's Guide to Navigating AI — front to back.
  • Pick your platform: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
  • Decide: free or paid? (Most moms can start free.)
  • Practice your tone: be specific. Tell it who you are, what you need, and how you want it back.

On the free plan? Try creating a Project (Claude or ChatGPT) to keep your chats organized — like folders for your brain.
month one week 02
first wins

Solve real life.

  • Run the grocery prompt (in The Family Planner).
  • Run the picky eater prompt — give it your kid's actual food list.
  • If you're on Gemini or Copilot: ask AI to save meals to specific days. Tell it when you cook, what you have on hand, and how much time you've got.
  • Bonus: follow one AI account I recommend (linked in the guide) and read one new piece this week.
month two week 03
build the rhythm

Reset + create.

  • Sunday: run the Sunday Reset prompt. Plan the week in 5 minutes.
  • Mid-week: build your first Artifact. Pick one real need — a birthday invite, a packing list, a chore tracker — and have AI build it for you.
  • Not on Claude? Try the same idea in Canvas (ChatGPT) or Gems (Gemini).
  • Save the link. Share it with your partner. That's the magic.
